We offer 3-day stays with the program by type of stay. During this days guests visit RASAJÁNA SPA treatments and procedures and get a complete overview of the principles of Ayurveda according procedures, eating and exercising. An essential part of a healthy lifestyle according to Ayurveda is yoga, which include the individual stays. On departure guests also receive a small ayurvedic surprise.
